6 months in the making. Who knew Jon was so clairvoyant when he wrote this song 7 years ago?? We all can't wait to meet Finn next year! Roey is going to be a great big sister.

We’ve been all over the place the past 6 months and realized we haven’t even shared the NEWS!!! We’re having child number 2!! About 7 years ago this song was the first song for my artist project that I ever wrote and released. It was before Tiff and I started seriously dating and long before Ro and Finn were made. However, these lyrics were correct, and in order.Manifestation is a real thing,and we are so excited to have a Boy on the way! Can’t wait for Finn to join us in April!#baby #pregnant #werepregnant #young

Who Am I - &Team OUT NOW - Really cool story behind writing this one for @andteam_official. I was in Japan on vacation with@traemallari and her side of the family. We were staying at a hotel close to where we were going to be boarding a cruise the next day. It was around 6 PM and I get a text message from @jamilmusicjp who I have never met, but was recommended by my good buddy @colinbrittain. He asked if I randomly wanted to come write a song with him in Shibuya tonight. It was about an hour train ride, then uber from where I was.
I asked tiff and she said yeah “go, I’m not feeling well anyways.” She was pregnant with Ro at the time.Thanks for letting me work on our vacation baby. So I took off in a little 6PM solo adventure in Japan and got to Shibuya around 7:30 PM. I’ve attached a video of what it’s like around that time at that famous crosswalk.
Anyway, I got to Jamil’s beautiful studio in Shabuya, and we listened to a couple tracks and ended up writing to this one cause it was my favorite! We wrote the song in a couple hours, we ordered dinner, I cut the Vocal, and then played some songs for Jamil’s A&R friends, and then I left.
Craziest part is, this was 2 years ago to the day today!
The song came out today, and it’s such a great lesson in you never know how or when a song makes its way home, but if it’s good enough it just might.I always had a good feeling about this one. Go check it out, it’s in a different language, but go check it out.:)

Deserve You - Out now with @goodcharlotteband , a band I binged listened to when their album came out growing up. Crazy to fast forward 20 somethin years to now be writing a song for them. It is really fun to make younger me proud, but I also think more than any song I’ve written, this would have been the type of song 16 year old Jonnie would have not only been proud of, but expected me to write.

What a run we’ve had- Happy Valentines 💘
This post is mostly because I’m so proud of the woman I get to call my Valentine and I wanna brag on her.
Tiff and I met in Wicked the Musical on tour in 2017. I was Fiyero, she was a flying monkey/Ensemble.We became best friends and traveled the US together.After a Year and some change pretending we weren’t in love, we gave in to the obvious and two 30somethin’s were forever bonded. Ups and downs ensued, life is crazy, covid tested our love, patience, and sanity but confirmed there was nobody else for me.Tiff has been my ride or die, moving to Nashville in 2021 where she got a job at Virgin Hotels as a Host. Mind you she was making 6 figures dancing in Wicked, and we both left that world at the top of our game to make $20 an hour hosting. (the most thankless gig) So that I could build a career as a songwriter/producer. Leaving LA and the dance scene was so hard for her, and it broke her but she is too strong to let anything truly beat her.
in 2022 we returned to LA and Tiff started working immediately as a dancer, and very quickly was back dancing in Wicked. She got pregnant at the beginning of 2023 and stayed in the show dancing until her 3rd trimester.INSANE.
She then had baby Ro at our home in LA with no medication or anything, just a tub of warm water and me freaking out internally right next to her. She pulled Rosiana out with her own hands, and together we watched Ro breathe her first breath on May 8th. Wow, what a strong woman I married.I’m lucky and incredibly proud of my Valentine this year and for the rest of my years. & now I have two beautiful Valentines!

She then had baby Ro at our home in LA with no medication or anything, just a tub of warm water and me freaking out internally right next to her. She pulled Rosiana out with her own hands, and together we watched Ro breathe her first breath on May 8th. Wow, what a strong woman I married.I’m lucky and incredibly proud of my Valentine this year and for the rest of my years. & now I have two beautiful Valentines!

Tiff and I met in Wicked the Musical on tour in 2017. I was Fiyero, she was a flying monkey/Ensemble.We became best friends and traveled the US together.After a Year and some change pretending we weren’t in love, we gave in to the obvious and two 30somethin’s were forever bonded. Ups and downs ensued, life is crazy, covid tested our love, patience, and sanity but confirmed there was nobody else for me.Tiff has been my ride or die, moving to Nashville in 2021 where she got a job at Virgin Hotels as a Host. Mind you she was making 6 figures dancing in Wicked, and we both left that world at the top of our game to make $20 an hour hosting. (the most thankless gig) So that I could build a career as a songwriter/producer. Leaving LA and the dance scene was so hard for her, and it broke her but she is too strong to let anything truly beat her.
