I spent 2 years documenting the making of @if_not_now_when_film written and directed by my friend @nick_tree_film

Behind The Light has interviews with Kate Dickie on her role and relationship with early-onset Alzheimer’s, @_tomkeech_ on creating the score, @aadelnodehfarahani on his and Nick’s vision, @neil_edson and @andrew.rawson on producing such an intricate film on a small island in Scotland and @nick_tree_film speaking of his writing and motivation for the project.

It was an incredible journey and I feel very proud to have been a part of it. You can watch the full documentary now by clicking on the link in my bio.

CONNECTION THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHY

A short film exploring the meaning of creating. How we connect with each other and find purpose in the process.

Simon’s story is about Art as self expression and using street photography as an opportunity to collaborate.

From knowing and working with Nick for decades, I’m always impressed by the care and attention he gives to writing and directing. His dedication to story is at the forefront of everything. I was privileged to play a small role and capture behind the scenes photographs in his second collaboration with @youngerpeoplewithdementia

“The charity provided me with numerous real-life diary entries from teenagers who are having to become carers for their own parents. As a father, and as a son, these stories broke my heart and this is what came out of that feeling - ‘Little Rock’, a mini drama made with love and compassion. I hope you feel it too!”
