Lets go people. It’s that time of the year. A day not to be missed. A day that I have the privilege of inviting dear friends whom I love, respect and cherish to hang out, play music, listen to music, laugh, dance and most importantly just share time together and leave our worries behind. If you like to do the same please join us and pray to the weather gods so that we are blessed with a beautiful day so we can catch a vibe together. It’s a family affair so all ages are welcome.
Musical selections on the @jonblesshifi system by @stretcharmstrong @djcenter @ayannaheaven and @dirtyfinger. Location is inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard in the parking lot of Building 275. Enter the navy yard either through Building 77 located on Flushing Ave and Vanderbilt Ave or at the Sands St Entrance next to the Wegmans parking lot. Event time is between 12pm and 5pm but we typically go later into the early evening. You must enter between those times. After 5pm there is no entry to the public. No cars allowed in so you must park outside the yard. Look forward to seeing you all Saturday, October 19. Needle drops at noon. Lets go!

Sands St and Navy St. Enter there and walk around the corner and you will find us outside of building 275 which is directly behind wegmans.There is no parking inside of the yard so if you are driving you will have to park outside of the navy yard and walk in.

I am excited to announce the date of my annual sound string up outside of my studio inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Saturday October 21st needle drops at noon and we officially go until 6pm but hopefully we go until 10pm😉. An incredible line up in store of some of my favorite dj’s that I am honored to call friends. Thank you @stretcharmstrong @stickydojah @djcenter @marcus.logan @pablo.a.77 for joining me and running tunes throughout the day. Strictly vinyl analog everytime. It’s a family affair. All ages welcome. We’re teaching the youth so bring the whole family. Enter the Brooklyn Navy Yard at any entrance and find your way to Building 275. See you all there. On Saturday, September 9, Adam “Adrock” Horovitz and Michael “Mike D” Diamond will join Council Member Christopher Marte and fellow New Yorkers at the site of the Paul’s Boutique album cover photo to commemorate the unveiling of Beastie Boys Square and 50 years of Hip Hop.

The celebration will begin at 12:00 pm and run until 2:00 pm at Rivington & Ludlow Streets, featuring speeches, music on the Jon Bless HiFi System, pop-up activations and more.

The block of Rivington Street, between Ludlow and Essex Streets will be closed off for the event, which is open to the public.

We hope you can join us and celebrate the moment with Adam, Mike and the incredible Lower East Side community.
