Been focused on shaking off the winter malaise (and winter weight!) and so far down 5kg since New Year which i'm pretty pleased about. Workouts all focused around using a ropeless skipping rope with a variety of weighted options. Cardio that i don't find mind numbingly boring (which is no mean feat) and no getting tangled in the rope, as there's no time for tripping up in 2026! Mostly posting this to keep myself accountable and keep going with it.

Had a lovely relaxed day at home, lie in with breakfast cooked by my wonderful husband, followed by many dog cuddles, walk by the sea, tv watching, crochet, bread baking, and dinner out in a lovely restaurant. Following a very hectic few months it was just the treat I needed!

Had a lovely relaxed day at home, lie in with breakfast cooked by my wonderful husband, followed by many dog cuddles, walk by the sea, tv watching, crochet, bread baking, and dinner out in a lovely restaurant.
