On 5 June, internationally acclaimed chef John Javier — Executive Chef at Caia, London — will joins us at Nudo for a one-night-only guest dinner.
Known for his bold, globally influenced approach to Chinese cuisine through projects including MASTER in Sydney and Happy Paradise in Hong Kong, Javier will bring a taste of Caia to Ibiza with a special à la carte menu created for the evening.
The menu will reflect Javier’s hallmark style: expressive, ingredient-focused cooking that balances comfort with creativity, presented in an intimate, high-energy service format. 🔥
"Ibiza has such an incredible energy around food and music, and Nudo felt like the perfect place to cook something personal and expressive for one night," says John.
