Delighted that Rob Mesure, having been fitted for his branded workwear and given his vintage Penguin paperback reading list, is joining The Delavey from this Friday’s gig at The Waiting Room. Where he’ll be alternating / duelling guitars and bass guitars with Alexander.

The Delavey: is it a fading art deco hotel, a dashing 1920s motor racing team, or a lyrical art pop band?Come find out at …But Is It Art? [there’s another question] this Friday, 30th January, at The Waiting Room (underneath The Three Crowns), Stoke Newington Church Street, London N16.

Doors at 7pm, we’re on c7.30pm.

Followed by live sets from the wonderful Spirits of Saturn and Parentheses Dot Dot Dot and an equally wonderful DJ set from Simon Drowner.
