Chilling with @deadnecksmelb at my first Luliepalooza gig. What a brilliant afternoon. These groovers are doing a 1st Sunday of every month residency at @lulietavern which is a brilliant way to spend a Sunday afternoon. @fergus.kuhareutzmann is back on the kit, so you know it’ll be funky AF. Melbourne… what a city. ❤️‍🔥
It’s been an absolute thrill getting to explore and play down here for a couple of months this year with @hereyoucomeagainaustralia. The music community and culture in this town is just on another level — inspiring, welcoming, and endlessly creative.

Huge highlight last night on a rare night off: hanging with New York native and Melbourne-based killer drummer @jeffconsi from @thebadlovesband , who I first met at @bluesonbroadbeach earlier this year. We hit up @bluesroulette , caught some unbelievable players, jumped up for a play, and I finally got to meet another monster of the kit, @sallyingramdrums . Nights like that remind me why I love what I do.

Thank you, Melbourne, for an incredible run and it was so great to connect with some new incredible muso’s and reconnect with some old friends.

Two more shows left today at the @comedytheatre — let’s finish strong. Until next time Melbourne 🥁✨❤️
