i enter the year of the fire horse with so much gratitude.

this past month, we put on paper's first-ever lunar new year celebration, creating a space that brought together creatives, artists, founders and friends shaping culture today. it was quite the kickoff to nyfw, and having my family there made the night even more special.

this has honestly been a dream of mine since i started at paper, to create a moment like this and bring together a room full of asian excellence.

from co-hosting the evening with the visionary @robertwun and @johnniewalker blue label, to the uber-talented @kevinwoo_official 👨‍🎤 filling our cups with soda pop 🥤 from @kpopdemonhuntersnetflix, seeing it all come to life meant a lot in this moment where community is everything.

my mom reminds me that the fire horse energy doesn’t quit. it keeps going until it achieves what it sets out to do. i think that’s a powerful mindset for all of us this year.
