What a year and what a great load of adventures!

WHAT A YEAR!
2024, you blew it out of the park!

This year has been more than I could’ve ever imagined and I’ve been lucky to do what I love in so many different ways - touring, recording, teaching, performing, collaborating, writing, arranging, coaching.. I’m amazed at how much you can fit into a week, let alone a year! I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible people, having the most brilliant experiences, and making memories that will stay with me forever, including being bitten by a pig in Japan 😆

To everyone I’ve worked for and with, and everyone I’ve shared a stage, studio, practise room, rehearsal room, or conversation with: thank you. Each and every one of you has made this year a stand-out special one for me.

2025 is already looking to be a fun one and I’m so excited to see what else is in store, but first, it’s time for a little rest, refuel and recharge (which is going to be an exciting adventure in itself!)

Here’s to even more exciting times ahead!

Serving this remarkable global community, especially as the first female president in ITA history, has been an extraordinary honour, and I will forever be deeply grateful for the trust and support from all my fellow trombone players around the world 🌍
