Back in spring of 2020 (when we all thought we might never work on set again) I had the pleasure of piloting a photoshoot for Vanity Fair, working for the one and only @aspictures - starring the one and only Catherine O’Hara.

Despite a global pandemic and quarantine, she invited our tiny crew into her actual home for this shoot - a fun play on activities or chores she might be doing while stuck in quarantine.

Upon meeting her I realized quickly that she was one of the most effortlessly funny people I’d ever met. She spent the 6 or so hours we were working together making us feel less like crew members, and more like friends. She and her husband Bo even made the whole crew drinks after wrap.

I’ve been very fortunate to work on set with a lot of amazing people, but Catherine was in a class of her own. May she rest easy.
