I had a really great experience at muscle beach today. I ran into the creator of ripstick @ripright and chat with him for a bit. I did 100 each of pull ups, pushups, dips and squats after I did 26 weighted dips with @chrisheria 45lbs weighted vest. #calinstenics #healthiswealth #painparty #miami
