Last night, was one of the most surreal moments in my career. I am not shamed to say I have prayed for this day since I started I.M. Artistry 8 years ago, in my kitchen, in my tiny apartment in Tukwila.

I started my career 21 years ago. Although I haven’t really shared my personal testimony, I can say that nothing has come easy for me. I have found that I’ve always had to work really really hard at achieving everything. It has taught me perseverance and to fight for my dreams.

Yesterday not only did we win Best Wedding Day Makeup but also Best Skincare Services. Both categories mean so much to us. We have poured everything into this business, with one common goal - bring excellence to our clients and brides. We love what we do and we love our brides even more. We want to give them literally the BEST makeup, skin and hair they have ever had on their big day. That is why we work so hard, we push for excellence within our team, to practice and deliver the best product.

To my team, I adore you! Thank you for working so dang hard, year after year. At this point, making thousands of clients feel so beautiful. Thank you for trusting me, when I have pushed for greatness and seeing the vision for I.M Artistry so clear with me. You are the heartbeat of this business and I would not want to do this without youall. It’s been an honor of my life to serve you as your leader. I hope you all have felt the love I’ve tried to pour into each of you.
