"This collection inhabits the world of the Sirens; underwater mythical creatures teaching sailors of spirituality, sexuality and personal power through the tying of technical knots.
Driving this work is the spiritual significance of Celtic Knots. Having practical roots in sailing, these symbols became a method of representing the cyclical nature of the stars, the seasons, nature, and human existence. Celtic knots express the infinity of the cosmos, and of love.
Knots can be the start and the end, secure something in place, join two disparate pieces together or a problem we are trying to unravel that sometimes doesn't have a solution."

‘Labradorescence’ began by alchemising properties of its namesake crystal, labradorite. Led by themes of imperfection and revelation through close inspection, the collection transforms discarded and damaged clothing into evolved garment designs. The imperfections of these foundational pieces are reimagined into new configurations, in turn revealing their lasting potential.

Go Jo Go! <3 ngl I thought Jo would be scared off of me when, towards the end of a date, I drunkenly asked her and Beth to model - but she wasn't, and if anything relying on her in that way brought us more closer 2gether <3 she was patiently calling the food an Uber to the university (impossible task) and knew exactly when to hold my hand ❤️ the next day - she helped me clean up the show after and my lecturer tried to head hunt her (!) she is that much of a star talent, we got a late lunch & I asked her to be my squirlfriend becoz I knew she was the one & you can't let an angel like go <3 Jo is the love of my goawd damn life ❤️! endlessly supportive of me, cute and nice ! Yes, you best believe she was hand sewing the dress right before this moment too! Gabrielle is so stunning and a model from birth (I called the long neck when she was literally weeks old) and my better half (if that didn’t mean romantic partners but literal siblings that always are by ur side!) I have no fricken clue how they pulled this together because it is so siren, more than my wildest dreams <3 !!

Look 3, Knotted Reverence - RMIT Grad Runway
Unfortunately Amanda didn't get their very own photo, but that's ok because they stole the show! (and I told them to walk fast like Balenciaga so it's my fault errybody!) Amanda perfectly embodied the concept of the "knotted reverence!" and I am soo thankful! Steph took them out the back somewhere and makshifted some underwear shoes out of LITERAL scraps of fabric! I have no fricken clue how they pulled this together because it is so siren, more than my wildest dreams <3 !!
and also massive thanks to Jedda's (@pocket.m0ney ) mum! who had the best angle and someone should hire them for videography for these kinds of things because it is literally my fav documentation ever!
