Future London Academy's Design Leaders Executive Programme saw our cohort learn from @ideo 's Michelle Lee, Partner and Play Lab Executive Managing Director, who taught our #DesignLeaders2026 during Module 3 in Silicon Valley. She led an incredible session about IDEO's approach to play and the innovation process for building products that are centered around humans.
