Take me back!! Last month I was able to sit on the other side of an amazing 7 course dinner by @pair_with_chef_rachel at the stunning @bookervineyard. Was welcomed with a glass of Champagne Thieńot Brut from @laventurewine.
- Amuse Bouche: “Lick Your Plate” (amazing artistic take on tomato soup)
- Caviar: crepe, smoke crème fraiche, eggs, chives
- Surf and Turf: sea scallop, lamb tenderloin, rosemary, hay
- Deconstructed Beef Wellington: fillet mignon tartare, mustard, duxelle, prosciutto, rosette
- Ratatouille: smoked eggplant, zucchini, roasted black garlic, tomato coulis, crispy rice noodle
- French Onion Dumpling: beef consommé, onion, handmade dumpling, gruyere cheese
- Local Sea Bass: coconut, cumin, turmeric, ginger, pistachio, rose, ground watermelon seeds
- Break The Bowl: chocolate, truffle ice cream, sponge cake, salted caramel, berries

There’s still time to celebrate the season at La Paloma Café’s Tinsel Tavern pop-up, a festive holiday retreat offering holiday-inspired cocktails, delicious small bites, and a warm, cheerful ambiance. Specialty drinks include the Clausmopolitan (vodka), Christmas for Cowboys (whiskey), Oaxacan in a Winter Wonderland (tequila), Santa’s Night Off (dark rum), and Yule Nog (Drambuie).

For savory delights, indulge in Santa’s Slider or The Grinch Dip for a flavorful holiday treat. Sweeten the experience with Chocolate Hazelnut Churros or festive Christmas Ice Cream flavors like Reindeer Tracks and Peppermint Stick.
