Dr. @jas_sand on why lives depend on Gov. @kathyhochulny @andreastewartcousins @cheastie investing in healthcare in the current budget. With Federal cuts looming, we must #taxtherich so everyone pays their fair share in New York.
This wheelchair was graciously donated by a family who lost their loved one in our ICU. Today, it will help support a neighbor who finally has a new place to call home.
Though we must continue building a health system that finally cares for all of us, this moment is a reminder that we can always provide hope through grief, uplift #HealthJustice, and change lives one day — one wheelchair — at a time.
Please, offer our neighbors a shoulder to lean on by supporting local housing and health non-profits today 🌅

Ultimately, it is often solidarity and community that reminds us we all need a shoulder to lean on. That sense of humanity should rekindle hope and bring us together.
