Join singer and sound healing artist @mollyrabuffo for a sound bath celebrating the instrument within us all: the voice.
Before melting into a restorative sound journey, participants will be guided through gentle breathing and vocal toning exercises. Then, Molly will intuitively layer her voice with traditional sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gentle percussion, monolina, and more.
This event is for you if you are:
• Craving a safe, welcoming space to relax and restore
• Desiring deeper connection to your body and encouragement to use your voice
• A musician, artist, healing practitioner, or creative seeking inspiration

Meet your facilitator 🤝
Amélie Gaulier is a Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®) practitioner, mindfulness instructor, somatic movement therapist, and performance improvisation artist.
BMC® informs her artistic practice as a living inquiry into the body’s inner landscapes—where cells, fluids, organs, bones and the nervous system become sites of movement, perception, and imagination.
Her work unfolds at the intersection of somatics and performance, where dance emerges from sensation rather than form, and where the body is both archive and unfolding process. Through embodied exploration, she invites movement that listens, disrupts, remembers, and reimagines.
Her approach bridges somatic healing and improvisational practice—engaging the body as a site of intelligence, relation, and transformation. She creates spaces where individuals and groups can listen deeply, move from expression, and encounter the unknown as a generative field. Improvisation becomes both practice and performance: a way of composing in real time, attending to what is present, and giving shape to what is not yet known.

After 3+ years and endless re-working, we’ve finally found the way to describe @heldspace.bk:
Held Space is Greenpoint’s home for healing practices.
✨
Thank you @amanda.kou for helping me find the words.
At the same time, @natalielinnea has finally moved to town, after nearly 3 years supporting me and Held Space all the way from Germany.
Yesterday Natalie, @nicole_q_w & I gathered in the studio for our first ever in person energy check-in and a magical portal was opened.
💫
The spirit of Held Space is an ancient, powerful MAMA with BIG LOVE to share with those who ask. To step inside Held Space is to feel her love. I am honored to channel her healing work in this earthly realm.

Join @amandasackstherapy next Monday for an in-person experiential workshop exploring body-based tools for stability, resilience, and ease with kind-hearted community.
You will be guided through somatic practices to help you feel more grounded and resourced, with the invitation to move, rest, and participate in ways that feel right for you. Rather than trying to fix or force anything, this space is about reconnecting with your body and noticing what is here, with curiosity instead of judgment.
For those interested, Amanda will also be offering an ongoing 7-week Somatic Support Group for Women on Mondays from 5:30pm-6:45pm beginning June 1st.
Interested participants can register for the workshop on weallfeel.com and book a Q&A call to see if joining the 7-week group is the right fit 💛
