What do you guys think? Do you need a fitness foundation to start or should you just start?

One of my friends @coachricoarmstrong told me that you should treat exercise like dating, and keep trying different ones until you find the one you like.

There is no “right” or “best” form of being active, the best one is the one you’ll actually do because you enjoy doing it. And that’s different for everyone.

If Jiu Jitsu seems like a fun way to be active, get on the mats 💪
