As a perfectionist, I carried the weight of my own expectations for a long time. Lately, I’ve been working on building a healthier relationship with those expectations. That’s one of the reasons I chose to do this solo.

It isn’t always evident, especially because my mind analyzes and processes information much faster than my body can integrate it. I move forward step by step, sometimes stepping back a few — and that’s part of the journey too.

Time has taught me that the essence of the human experience isn’t perfection, even though striving for excellence remains one of my goals. I learn and relearn every day how to value these experiences for what they truly are.

Alignment isn’t a smooth, straight path…
but we’re here for the long run 🌱

En tant que perfectionniste, j’ai longtemps porté le poids de mes propres exigences. Depuis quelque temps, j’ai choisi de construire une relation plus saine avec ces exigences. C’est d’ailleurs l’une des raisons qui m’a poussée à faire ce solo.

Ce n’est pas toujours évident, surtout parce que mon esprit analyse et traite les informations beaucoup plus rapidement que mon corps ne les assimile. J’avance marche par marche, parfois j’en redescends quelques-unes, et c’est aussi ça le chemin.

Le temps m’a appris que l’essence de l’expérience humaine n’est pas la perfection même si atteindre l’excellence fait parti de mes objectifs. J’apprends & réapprends tous les jours à apprécier ces expériences à leur juste valeur.

L’alignement n’est pas un long fleuve tranquille … mais on est là pour le long terme 🌱

Back to my intensive session in Gothenburg 🇸🇪

with @saharen & @idablanche ❤️

I was really happy to have @saharen in my class. She couldn’t do everything physically and had to sit down for a big part of the session yet she was fully there. It was also her very first Rolento session (iykyk).

What stayed with me from that moment was how much can still be shared, felt, and experienced, even when things don’t look the way we expect them to.

A reminder that growth doesn’t always look the same, and that being gentle with ourselves is part of the journey too 🥹

So grateful for that moment, and for the energy in that room 🫶🏾

Retour sur ma session intensive à Gothenburg 🇸🇪

J’étais très contente que @saharen soit venue à ma session. Elle ne pouvait pas tout faire physiquement ce jour-là et a dû rester assise une grande partie de la session et pourtant, elle était présente. C’était aussi son baptême de Rolento (iykyk).

Ce qui me reste de ce moment, c’est tout ce qu’on peut partager, ressentir et expérimenter, même quand les choses ne se passent pas comme on le souhaiterait.

Un rappel que la progression ne prend pas toujours la même forme, et que la bienveillance envers soi-même fait aussi partie du chemin 🥹

Tellement reconnaissante pour ce moment, et pour l’énergie dans cette salle 🫶🏾

Vraiment fière de moi, de l’investissement et de la résilience dont je fais preuve — depuis toujours, finalement 🌱

Les exigences que j’ai envers moi-même me poussent à travailler toutes les facettes de qui je suis. Ça prend le temps que ça prend, mais je sais que je suis sur ma bonne voie.

On est tous des êtres complexes. La vie nous met sur des chemins d’apprentissage : à nous de choisir si on les emprunte ou non.

Je ne me suis jamais laissée freiner par les autres. Un jour, quand le timing sera juste, j’en parlerai.
Tout ce qu’on vit, à notre échelle, nous façonne et nous amène là où on est aujourd’hui.

Cette vidéo n’est pas juste une vidéo de heels.
C’est un checkpoint dans mon cheminement, et un témoignage de ma certitude :
tout ce que je veux faire, je le ferai, quand les timings de la vie et de Dieu s’aligneront pour moi.
