I’ll be forever grateful to @gracedent @haughser and the @masterchefuk @masterchefukcasting team at @shinetelevision for inviting me to be part of this British institution. So many people give so much to make this happen.

Yes it stings to come so far and then go home at this stage of the competition, but to get cast in the first place, never mind making the final 14, has been a dream come true.

Looking back I would have made so many different choices on dish design and execution (sous vide for me 😅), but that’s growth for you; I wouldn’t have changed what I was trying to showcase or my attitude.

I’ve learned so much about my food, my creativity, and ultimately myself and what I really want to do. This experience has genuinely changed my life.

It might be the end of the road for me in the competition, but I’m just getting started.
