I’ve had “Green Gables” on the mind for months! @monahillis and I went to PEI last October, touring the island and seeing some of Anne’s haunts. PEI, like the rest of the maritimes, is stunning and I’m thrilled to be completing my east-coast set of prints with this iconic house.

Mo and I drove about the island while listening to Lucy Maud Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables (a first for me). I’m a tough goodreads rater, but Montgomery easily received five stars! Anne is the kind of person I aspire to be and I can totally see how this book has captured so many hearts.

A bit cooler in October, the woodlot of Lover’s Lane behind Green Gables had turned to stunning fall oranges and yellows. Really brought “I’m so glad to live in a world where there are Octobers” to life.
I highly recommend PEI in the fall!
