We are looking for a National Bar Culture & Training Ambassador to represent a major drinks brand across London and the UK, building and developing relationships with key stakeholders within some of the Uks largest on premise operators.
The role focuses on supporting and nurturing positive change in bar culture within your designated groups, training at scale, driving brand advocacy, representing the brand at high-profile industry events, supporting sales conversion, delivering insight and reporting at key customer meetings, and acting as a trusted, charismatic face of the brand within the on-trade.
START DATE: June 2026

Meet Bibi 👋
We’re so happy to have her with us at Global Bartending.
An incredible emerging talent at just 21, Bibi joins the team to support our Event Styling function alongside our current superwoman Rosie. Having been with us just a couple of weeks, she’s already thrown herself into the role and has been a great addition to the team.
A recent graduate from London College of Fashion, (BA Hons in Creative Direction for Fashion) Bibi brings a natural eye for interiors, styling and spatial design, with a real passion for all things visual.
Bibi began her career in luxury retail with Kith at Selfridges, where she specialised in creating immersive in-store environments and translating brand identity into physical space, something that aligns perfectly with how we approach events.
Based between Leigh-on-Sea and London, she’s constantly drawing inspiration from art, film, fashion, and the spaces around her.
Favourite drink? A strong Aperol Spritz 🍊
