Crazy ass motorcycle guy with a love for dirt biking and vintage racing! 🤘🏼
Enduro guide @theroadshow.enduro
Redbull Day In The Dirt GP, Glen Helen California 🏁🔥!
What an amazing experience racing this legendary track on a 1968 Triumph TR6. The bike being a survivor desert sled build and raced in the 60s and 70s by Les Edwards Cycle Imports now being used again for what it was build, rippinggg! The first race of many to come 🏜️🔥.
Side story
Decided to sell a bike at home and buy one in USA to go race some awesome races with my friends @hellonwheelsmc . Found a 1968 Triumph TR6 in Houston Texas @bigdcycle , Meatball & @luckyangus being absolute legends picked up the bike and dropped it off @lehangar23 in Costa Mesa to have it race made ready. A million thank you’s for everyone helping out making this possible ❤️🔥.
Massive shoutout to @shaneobenson for going along the trip and creating all this awesome footage 🎥📸

A small recap of our annual 60s trip, where 11 like-minded people come together for a 5 day offroad adventure on 60s bikes. We ride, wrench, eat, and laugh together, creating memories along the way. This trip is something close to my heart @theroadshow.enduro 🏜️

Let’s go to Baja Yehewww. Yeah, that’s what I said 6months ago. Then the preparation started and after that the execution. I use the quote “a trip of a lifetime” and that it was, it was one hell of a ride 🤠! I say this with a lot of gratitude and pride that we, as a team finished the Baja @norraracing_official Mexican 1000, one of the toughest races in the world 🏜️. That on a 1966 Triumph TR6 650. I decided I wanted do this race Ironman, that means you ride it solo one bike one rider. Also because @julian.heppekausen, @nickashley57 & @benshuckburgh did it and told me I could do it. But the journey was far from a solo adventure, help came from the most unexpected places and with a big heart I can say people really delivered. @geijsmansnoah knew I had this race in my head and offered to come along as mechanic and race support vehicle, he did more then that he was my lifeline on site. At home my wife @lanascatorchia ran all social media, design, pitches, insurances, emotional support, you name she organised it. @alangoesnuts and @mounce stood beside me to record all the emotions, edit the footage and finish editing them the same day they helped me wherever they could, all of us had breaking points and all of us took over where needed. All of us worked on 2-3hours of sleep for about 2 weeks. We broke down, we crashed, we sang and we smiled and everything over.
Also the brands that believed in me and supported me to be able to do this race, without them this would have never happened. @triumphheritage @theroadshow.enduro @redwingheritage @ng_motorcycles @classicbikeshopuk @cafeleather @motul @bellhelmets @bajaboundmoto @xavier_baker77
@roscoe_and_louie opened his house and garage for us and allowed to use everything we needed to assemble and prep our bike and van. This is a big deal and, Charles understood how hard our job was to run and prep this from Europe only arriving in LA 3 days before the race, we will never forget what you did for us ❤️🔥. @speedseekerschris for guiding us through vintage race style and allround mega motivation 🤙🏼.
The story about the van? I’ll save that for another post🚌❤️🔥.

The Baja Norra 1000 race bike, a 1966 Triumph TR6SR 🤠 650cc with low compression pistons to run cooler and longer fuel range for the desert 🏜️. It runs a Amal carburator with silicon sleeve to prevent dust from going in. The 2026 NORRA Baja 6 Day Rally award ceremony 🏁 @norraracing_official sure knows how to throw a party! What a way to end an unforgettable week in Baja. Surrounded by incredible people, stories from the desert and all the emotions finally catching up.
We finished 2nd place in the Vintage class 🥈 The trophy is shaped like Baja itself, and it weighs about as much as the last 6 days felt 🤠 Mostly just feeling grateful and incredibly proud of this team and everything it took to get to that finish line 🫶🏽
This is Mike Pearlman, son of Ed Pearlman, founder of the original Baja Mexican 1000 back in 1967. Mike himself became a legend in off-road racing, inducted into the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame and known for racing vintage Triumphs at events like Pikes Peak, where he earned four podium finishes 🔥
He wasn’t even supposed to be at @norraracing_official, but when he heard we were racing a 1966 Triumph, he flew in to see it for himself ☺️ Then woke up at 4AM on race morning to personally flag @gilleee off into the Baja desert 🏁 What a legend!
📹 @alangoesnuts

We fucking made it @norraracing_official 🏁🔥 Standing at that finish line, we felt everything. Exhaustion, relief, pride, adrenaline, gratitude… all of it at once. What a week. What a place 🏜️

Race day 6: the final stretch to the finish line… and we made it! @gilleee officially finished his first ever @norraracing_official Baja rally on a 1966 Triumph TR6 🏁 6 days, 1400 miles / 2250 km from north to south through the open desert of Baja, Mexico 🌵
What started as an adventure quickly turned into one of the toughest, wildest and most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. Crashes, breakdowns, sand washes, long days, little sleep and countless tacos. The terrain out here tested us every single day and somehow we made it all the way to the finish 🔥
Couldn’t be more proud of the team 🫶🏽
