〝 As someone who suffers from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, music is one of my main sources of support. When the silence grows thick and begins to weigh heavily, every familiar sound — the voice of a loved one, the overly noisy dishwasher that becomes a peaceful stream, the birds outside the window, the footsteps of the neighbour upstairs — helps to bring us back to our own reality. The same goes for music. Many of these tracks still help me soothe my heart today. Until LSD therapy becomes accessible to those in distress, I hope this psychedelic selection might bring some comfort to certain souls. 〞
