I don't know what was different about today's lyra practice, but I feel somehow good about myself as a performer again 💜

I'm still dreadful at social media, networking, hustling, getting photos/videos of things and at The Optics of Professionalism.

But I'm strong enough to play with movement on the lyra and be a bit creative with it.

I'm physically and facially expressive and *I* would want to watch me 💅

If anyone has a lyra performance slot for a small goblin dancer who (in spite of my previously mentioned shortcoming) is very proactive at logistics and has a lot of onstage character, plz contact a bub.

If anyone has the patience to film me doing lyra, so I have somewhat decent footage at my current skill level, I will give you a forehead kiss*.

My stupidly talented friend asked me to help choreograph his solo Fringe show, which just won the biggest award in Fringe and a $15,000 grant.

(Yes, there were better photos).

This Fringe, I'm making contributions both on and offstage.

HYDE: a punk rock opera that tells the story of James Hazen Hyde, a wealthy New Yorker from the early 1900s who staged a famous ball and became the centre of a public scandal. Narrated by Hyde’s ghost, the show follows his life and obsession with French culture, his fall from grace and his attempt at redemption in a blazing crossover between punk rock, dance, and theatre.
