When @eventbrite called @buck_design to rebrand the global events marketplace in 10 weeks, Former Director of Brand Jessie Young knew they were right on the first video call.⁠

“I remember knowing they were the ones. Talented, creative and true partners.” What she wanted from an agency was specific: “A partner who could bring cultural relevance while also maintaining our DNA. They genuinely cared about our history in a way that made us have massive trust in them.”⁠

That trust shaped how the work was made. A three-day in-person workshop in LA set the tone, and when BUCK’s Group Creative Director Camille Chu and Young were asked separately about the project’s hardest moment, they named the same problem in identical language.⁠
