What a difference a year can make! I found the Feb 2025 video in my archives with a comment, "this is the 'before' video." Back then, I was happy to finally piece together this sequence but it was slow, clunky, and new. I knew it needed reps and cleaning. You can see that my body hasn't quite figured it out yet. In the March 2026 video, it feels confident, secure, and playful. I'm adding my own flavor.
Lucky me, to find a before and after video about a year apart in the same fit 😆
One thing hasn't changed in a year: Spin Fast Sundays with Sam are still my favorite part of the week.
