Entre camins, aromes i converses, varem descobrir una finca extraordinària.
👉 Més de 50 varietats vegetals que poden acabar dins un plat.
Romaní.
Sàlvia.
Ginebró.
Llimones.
Taronges.
I una que ens despertà una passió especial.
👉 Sa flor de taronger.
La vaig collir amb una delicadesa absoluta.
La vaig observar, la vaig olorar…
I en Xesc me va dir una frase que no oblidaré.
👉 “No defrauda mai”.
Perquè quan cuines amb ella, no només aporta aroma.
Aporta ànima.
Transporta tota sa seva essència al plat.
I he de reconèixer que després de reflexionar amb la idea ho vaig entendre perfectament 😍
Va ser just en aquell moment quan li vaig demanar què cuinaríem plegats.
I sa resposta me va deixar amb els ulls ben oberts.
👉 Faraona amb gambes i salsa de xocolata.
Un plat elegant.
Sorprenent.
I absolutament Xesc Reina.
I clar… jo també havia de jugar 😄
Per això li vaig proposar preparar un arròs amb verduretes cuinat amb aigua de mar.
I sa seva cara de sorpresa va ser impagable 😍
Però si hi ha una cosa que record amb especial afecte d’aquell dia…
És sa sensació de saber que passaria hores compartint camí amb en Xesc.
Escoltant-lo.
Aprenent.
I gaudint de sa seva manera tan particular d’entendre sa cuina i sa vida.

Un lloc amb segles d’història, considerat una de ses possessions més antigues del municipi, on cada racó transmet caràcter i memòria.
