Marie Tredway (she/her) is a Chicago-based SAG-AFTRA actor and award-winning theater director and choreographer. She has worked with Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf, Victory Gardens, American Players Theatre, and Milwaukee Chamber Theatre and is a Bramble Theatre Company board member bringing a versatile and collaborative approach to both performance and creative leadership. Marie currently recurs as Nurse Trini Campos on NBC’s CHICAGO MED and has also appeared on CHICAGO FIRE and CHICAGO PD. Her work extends to Los Angeles, where she continues to develop and contribute to a range of creative projects across mediums. Marie is
passionate about storytelling that centers underrepresented voices and fosters meaningful community connection. She is especially interested in expanding access to the arts, supporting emerging artists, and creating inclusive, dynamic spaces for both audiences and creatives. She is proudly repped by DDO Artists
Agency and Infin8 Artists.

JUNE 6, 2026 (Los Angeles, CA) FilAm Creative (FAC) presents the following entertainment panel: FilAm Creative presents the 14th Filipino Hollywood Actors Panel & Networking Fundraising Event on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 2:00pm – 5:00pm at The Clubhouse in Los Angeles featuring our headlining panelists: KRISTIN VILLANUEVA (ER Nurse Princess Dela Cruz in “The Pitt”), RACHEL MARSH (Anh in “The Love Hypothesis” starring Lili Reinhart), MARIE TREDWAY (Nurse Trini Campos in “Chicago Med”) and PRINCESS PUNZALAN (Camille in “Nurse the Dead”).

ABOUT THE PANELISTS KRISTIN VILLANUEVA – Kristin Villanueva is a Filipino American actress best known for her recurring roles as ER Nurse Princess Dela Cruz in the Emmy Award-winning HBO Max series, THE PITT. The role earned Villanueva an Actor Award for Best Ensemble in a Drama Series alongside her castmates. Villanueva has recurred in the Netflix series BONDING, and appeared across television in shows such as CBS’ ELEMENTARY, HBO Max’s SEARCH PARTY, and TV Land’s YOUNGER. Her feature film work includes the lead role in “The Courtroom”, a 2022 Tribeca Official Selection. Villanueva has worked extensively across the US at prestigious theatres including the Goodman Theatre, The Old Globe, and McCarter Theatre Center, performing classical repertoire and new plays. She frequently collaborates with Clubbed Thumb in NYC and directors Mike Donahue and Mary Zimmerman. She is a SUNY Purchase graduate where she received the Chair’s Award for Achievement in Acting, and is a proud member of The Actors Center.

RACHEL MARSH – Rachel Marsh will next be seen in a lead in the MRC / Amazon feature film, THE LOVE HYPOTHESIS opposite Lili Reinhart. She’s currently recurring on FX’S ADULTS, the Apple Series, THE MORNING SHOW, and the Amazon Series, FALLOUT. She was previously a series regular in the Netflix comedy UNSTABLE opposite Rob Lowe.

With a holistic approach to creativity, some aspects of my @filamcreative Visionary Class (starting May 1st, registration and information links in my Bio) include learning how to maintain and the regulate the nervous system, a healthy mindset, and using movement, with the development of storytelling skills in screenwriting, prose, filmmaking, art and music.

Two things I want to highlight why this is important:
You don't need to be tortured to be creative.
You can change the culture by changing yourself.

It's important at this time to maintain a healthy mindset and change the old culture  of Hollywood that enabled chaos, tumoil, and emotional outbursts that were justified by stressful conditions and deadlines. We cannot have individuals as emotional contagions.

I've worked for and with people who absolutely lost it on sets, producers and directors throwing tantrums and chairs during meetings, creatives justifying their bad behavior as a result of a mental condition or trauma. Also, many of my friends working in animation or VFX sit long periods of time and suffer sleepless nights to meet unreasonable expectations. It all creates a culture of toxicity and victimhood. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE THIS WAY.

Regulating your nervous system, mindset, and movement are important to your creativity, imagination and honing your skills.
Learn how to be present and step into flow
Creating art is important in maintaining your mental and physical health.

Align your Body and Mind with your creativity: Lymphatic Exercises, Brain Yoga, Breathwork, Tai Chi and Movement, and Air Squats. Introduce art of play and returning to the mind of a child. Rewire your brain and rewrite your narrative. The world you create reflects and expresses who you are.

A stable nervous system allows you to be spontaneous, and take a mistake and turn it into something original, innovative, or a moment of triumph.
