📚We’re so excited to be collaborating with FHS to build a “Read It Love It Return It” book collection at Frontier High in Camarillo!

📚This is The Shelf to Hand Book Project’s second project in Ventura County to help close the equity gap left by a lack of libraries, library programs, and library staff in too many of our schools.

📚EVERYONE should have access to books they WANT to read at school!

📚We’re also excited to be collaborating with @camarillobookworm again, as well as the amazing staff at @fhs_rockets 🚀

📚We put in a pretty good sized book collection on May 1st and we’ll be growing and refining the collection from here, as well as sprucing up the space and helping to throw a back to school reading event in September.

FHS Celebrated its best of the best on our Senior Awards / People’s Choice Awards Night held at OHS yesterday. FHS would like to thank The Most LegendaryPrincipal ever, @doctorlawrence_ohs for hosting FHS in the OHS PAC. We had a wonderful evening celebrating some of the most outstanding Rockets of 2026.It was so memorable to hear all the nice words our FHS Faculty had for these amazing students nominated for People’s Choice Awards. FHS would like to celebrate our special partnerships and supporters. Mr. Rick Ertel, is one of these amazing individuals that helps make FHS the wonderful place it is. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) he has been a champion for so many youth of our community. He has also served on our School Site Council and WASC community partner panels in the past.
