It was wild to finally meet some people to whom we’ve been mailing merch since the EP came out. Absolutely magical.

Big love to the venue @tributeoriginal, and great sets from locals @zebulon_doom and our fellow countrymen @lowdown_band .

We write this from the airport, somewhat underslept, slightly pricey breakfasts in hand, ready to fly to Oslo.

So in exactly 1 week, our vocalist Tom will be unveiling his new folk project Goldlief at the Lounge in Canterbury!

A star-studded cast of local musos will join him onstage at different points during the show: Rachel Vernall, Chris Dabner, Sam Williams, Matthew Webb, Tom's sister Alice Godbeer, as well as our own Mike and Martin, and beloved previous guitarist Alex Tolson (playing an exclusive acoustic version of Ghosts, among other songs!)

It was our twins' birthday yesterday, so we stayed an extra day to celebrate, drink pints, throw stones in the sea, and chase seagulls. Had a blast. Happy Birthday guys!

We started the week at The Lady Luck on Tuesday with Zebulon, met up with them again on Friday at Helgi's, and then headed down to Brighton on Saturday. Several Wetherspoon meals, some traditional fish 'n chips, and a decent Sunday roast. Gave them a real taster of the cuisine.

This will be the last Zebulon UK show of their tour. They're the Norway Metal 2 The Masses Winners that we met at Bloodstock last year, and have had the great pleasure of hanging around with them for a few days. Do not miss it!
