Next Thursday, Ocean Hoptimism welcomes Chef Laurence Jossel of Nopa and Nopa Fish for a conversation about the complicated reality behind sourcing seafood responsibly. From shifting fisheries and supply chains to the difficult choices chefs make every day, we’ll follow the journey from water to plate and explore what it really takes to do right by the ocean.

There will even be a tasting, because some stories are better experienced than explained.
