My heart is so full, I was able to witness history and root for some amazing people I am blessed to be in community with! So proud! Their wins and nominations inspire me to keep going and creating. When one of us wins - we all win!!!

Judas was nominated for 6 Oscars including BEST PICTURE, BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR, BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY and won 2 Oscars. I’ve been a voting member of the academy since 2021 and this is the first time I have been able to attend the awards in person❤️‍🔥. The Proximity team produced Judas & Sinners, that’s fam for real!

Thank you to my friends who got me ready yesterday 🥹 and to my girl @itsbykg for taking pics of me and @blameswoope (the best friend/ manager in the biz). So blessed to be around good people.

I’m overwhelmed in a Good way. LoL. 🫶🏾❤️🙏🏾. I’m so grateful for You Guys… my Tribe / my Family / Friends for lifting my spirits up because my Light isn’t as bright as it normally is.

Plus my Mom doesn’t like it when her kids are sad. I know she doesn’t want me to stay like this for too long.

I’m pushing through it everyday & I’m starting to not feel guilty for Smiling, being Happy again, Dancing & Living during this time of grievance. This new Feeling is still brand new for me.
My heart is Healing slowly but surely.
