The FIRST EVER McKee tour of its kind!!

Pete is taking his two loves, art and music, on tour this spring and invites you to come along.

His most recent exhibition, ‘The Boy With a Leg Named Brian’, will be visiting some of England’s most beloved Grassroots Music Venues.

During the day, venues will open their doors for free, giving visitors the chance to explore the exhibition. In the evening, there’ll be a ticketed live show from The Everly Pregnant Brothers—featuring Pete himself.

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Monday 2nd February.

Pete is working with Music Venue Trust on this tour to help raise awareness of the work they do to preserve and promote the country’s grassroots music venues. There will be an exclusive print available for each show with profits from sales going to MVT and the GMV.

“Music is a huge part of my life, and features constantly in my work. Grassroots music venues like this are vital for bands like mine to perform to new audiences and I love showcasing my artwork in non-traditional spaces. This will be a real celebration of art and music.” – Pete McKee

Exhibition opening hours: 12pm - 5pm (Free Entry)
Live show doors: 7:00pm (tickets available from seetickets 10am, Monday 2nd Feb)

Free tickets required for London exhibition, link in bio
Full details on the tour can be found on the McKee website, link in bio.

It’s the final weekend of the tour, and we’re ending it with a bang — three days packed with art and music.

We’re kicking things off on Friday at the Bearded Theory festival (@beardedtheoryfestival) in Derbyshire, before heading to Nottingham (@metronomenotts) on Saturday and finishing in London (@100clublondon) on Sunday with a special signing event (don’t forget to grab your free tickets!).

It’s been incredible to see so many faces throughout the tour. Who’s coming to see the shows and celebrate with the Bros this weekend?

Full details for the last dates of the tour and free tickets for the London exhibition can be found through the link in our bio.

The Everly Pregnant Brothers return to Sheffield City Hall for one of their most exciting hometown shows to date - and this is a big one!

Sheffield’s own ukulele mischief makers are taking over City Hall on Saturday 26th September for a one off show like you’ve never seen before. The same charm, the same energy… just with a few more instruments on stage than usual.

They’ve built a loyal following across South Yorkshire and beyond, selling out venues with their unmistakable blend of humour and Sheffield spirit, and this September they’re taking things up a notch.

For this very special show and for the first time at this scale, they’ll be joined by the incredible Sheffield Philharmonic Orchestra - a 70 piece ensemble celebrating its 80th anniversary year. Under the direction of conductor George Morton, the orchestra brings a powerful new dimension to the Brothers’ much loved sound, adding real impact and scale while retaining all the character and charm you know and love.

Expect big hits, big laughs and a proper sense of occasion. A unique collaboration that promises something truly special. Don’t miss it!

Presale: Wednesday 29th April, 10am (exclusive to our mailing list)

General sale: Friday 1st May, 10am

Hello everyone,

Just a quick update on two of the upcoming venues our tour was due to visit. Running a tour of this scale is an expensive thing to do, the logistics of moving an exhibition and a band around the country involves a lot of work, time, and planning. Sadly, due to lower than expected ticket sales in both Liverpool and Southampton we have had to remove these dates from the current tour.

This isn’t something that Pete or the band wanted to do but both these dates will be difficult to make work. It is disappointing as one of the reasons we ran this tour was to highlight the difficulties of touring the country at the grassroots level and we now have first-hand experience of that ourselves.

We would like to apologise to those that had bought tickets to Liverpool and Southampton. Tickets will be refunded to you automatically and hopefully we will be able to come to your city in the future. All the other dates on the tour are unaffected and we hope to see you at one of our other shows.

Kind regards,
Team McKee and The Everly Pregnant Brothers

Please note, this also means the day exhibitions in Southampton and Liverpool will not be going ahead.
