We have a serious battle for the throne 😄
New episode out on YouTube !

Returned home from training camp with more energy than when I left, even though our coaches tried to destroy us at times (and at other times themselves 🤭). No better teambuilding than some epic hard rides in the monsoon rain 🏄♀️ Sports psychologist promised us endorphins - don’t think I found them on the road yet but for sure every night at the dinner table 😂 Thanks staff for all the hard work - so nice to stay in a house together instead of a hotel 🙏
Can’t wait to start the season - first up UAE Tour 🐪

Time to remove the yellow from the wardrobe…
Thank you @happiestcycling for showing the journey of the past three years 😍 Still crazy how it all went, although I’m starting to feel less and less like an imposter in this world 😉
But the stats don’t capture it all; some of my best memories are from (altitude) training camps, or even the little moments in the bus. Doing IQ puzzles or guessing proverbs and sayings with each other while enjoying a pudding bun and a coffee on the road to the race… I’ll miss these moments and all the good people on the team - teammates, coaches, soigneurs, mechanics, and everyone working behind the scenes.
Thank you @teamvisma_leaseabike_women for everything - I’m forever grateful for these past three years 🖤💛

What a week last week. I actually thought it couldn’t get any better after stage 1. We executed our tactics beyond expectation. Most of the time you have to adapt your plan and improvise to come as close as possible to the ideal world. In this case, we found ourselves with more teammates than planned in the final so we could drop the queens in an even better position. And they delivered 🤩 Watching Marianne wear yellow for the first couple days was already very special.
The crowds were incredible and they stayed like that all the way through the end. “Allez Pauline” is still stuck in my head and I have seen little kids crying because they wanted her signature so badly… On the Madeleine I desperately tried to get information from the spectators on how many kilometers Pauline had left so I could calculate how easy I could ride up to finish within the time limit. They were going crazy and all they were screaming at me was “Pauline va gagner, elle va gagner!!!” And so she did 🥺
Also the nice person she is, Pauline really wanted to make sure we all felt part of her success the last stage. She took the first descent nice and easy and gave us the opportunity to bring her back, giving us all a sense of fulfillment. Then she crushed it once again and brought back “chair the poule” / goosebumps when we heard she won in yellow… Quelle reine 🤩😍
Un grand merci to the whole @teamvismaleaseabike 💛🖤
