A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to get a first listen to Eric Penn’s upcoming album. Today, May 18th, he released his new single “Hit and Run,” and we got the chance to sit down for a real unfiltered conversation. No heavy interview structure, no overthinking… just vibes, honesty, and getting a deeper understanding of the music and the direction behind this new era.

A few months back, Eric Penn took over the store at @twentyfournewyork , giving us a soul-stirring and intimate performance for The Final American Fairytale Experience.

For the fans that were lucky enough to see him live, they got a special preview of his upcoming project, R.I.D.E., and walked away with exclusive early access to new and unreleased music.

The song featured here, “Hit & Run,” is the first single off the project and is set to officially drop on May 18th across all DSPs.
