We’re proud to share that Arbour Park by Prime Edition has been nominated for the 2025 Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Construction Awards.

A collaboration with Elenberg Fraser, Henny, and Openwork, this collection of 41 residences in Surrey Hills is defined by sculptural form, natural materiality, and a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape. From the tiered stone façade to the lush rooftop terrace, every element reflects a commitment to enduring craftsmanship and elevated living.

This nomination stands as a testament to the project’s architectural clarity, construction excellence, and the shared vision that brought it to life.

Aurora Melbourne Central is a prominent residential skyscraper located at 224-252 La Trobe Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

It is the only residential development in Melbourne with a direct underground connection to the Melbourne Central Train Station and the city’s largest continuous retail precinct (including Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, and Bourke Street Mall).

Designed by @elenberg_fraser, the tower features an iconic sculptural glass design with a purple and blue hue. It incorporates 2.4km of LED strip lighting that can change patterns, enhancing its dynamic form at night. The facade elements are strategically positioned to reduce overlooking between apartments.

Aspire - 307 King Street is sculptural architecture at its most refined—a study in boolean subtraction, where the removal of excess defines the form.

With a round plan, designed to be read cinematically from every angle, this project is the antithesis of bloated, bulky architecture. It’s all about economy—cutting away the unnecessary, building only what we need.

Thanks to our avant-garde partners, @icdproperty, who approached this project with integrity, faith and a deep appreciation for the artistry of architecture, Aspire - 307 King Street stands as a testament to what’s possible when economy meets sculpture.

The Raleigh walks the line between past and future, with a design that echoes Windsor’s architectural heritage with a timeless versatility that will see it evolve with the community it houses, aligning with a successful build-to-rent model.

This format creates manifold accessible housing options, encouraging a diverse community by remapping the building to ensure the apartment mix works harder and introducing more amenity and diversity across common spaces.

The mix of studio, one, two, and three-bed apartments supports multi-generational living and various lifestyles, anticipating greater diversity in occupants and increased transience for build-to-rent success.
