ECTC 2024 was a key moment in taiko history…

It was one of the largest taiko events on the East Coast after the pandemic.

Through workshops, open-forum discussions, and an incredible final concert, connections were revitalized between taiko groups. 🤝

For the first time, TaikoVentures will be showing selections from the ECTC concert to everyone—for free! 🎉

At our Watch Party on July 7th, watch some of the best moments from ECTC alongside the original performers and organizers.

Connect with other members of the taiko community and get a glimpse of what it takes to put on an event of this scale.

We want to express our gratitude to everyone who attended ECTC and contributed to its resounding success! 🥁✨ That weekend was a whirlwind of joy and community, and we couldn’t be more thankful to each and every one of you. We hope you’ve returned with nuggets of knowledge and memories of being in community with one another in the spirit of ‘In Return.’

This conference would not have been possible without our sponsors, volunteers, equipment lenders, catering services, student photographers, Brown SAO, Brown Arts Institute, Gendo alumni and members, and other Taiko organizations and mentors who played integral roles in shaping and running this event.
