After deep reflection, it is with serenity and a feeling of appeasement that we announce today that the Éclipse festival will not return in the summer of 2024. Events of this scale require careful planning, hard work colossal and important considerations. Hopefully this break will allow us to better prepare for a possible return in 2025, with even more strength and energy. Our mission is to always offer the best possible edition! DJ Rikam’s journey and contributions to the Canadian psychedelic trance scene are truly remarkable. Running the Techsafari Records label for a decade, he has since played a crucial role in shaping and promoting the electronic music scene, particularly in the Psytrance & Progressive genre.

His dedication to Psytrance/Goa trance music spans over 30 years, demonstrating a deep and abiding passion for the art form. By organizing events such as Eclipse Festival Canada and others, DJ Rikam has been a driving force in creating spaces for artists to showcase their talent and for enthusiasts to immerse themselves in the psytrance experience. The international reach of his performances, covering countries like Brazil, France, Thailand, Goa, Germany, Italy, Japan, Morocco, Nepal, Mexico, USA and Canada, highlights the global impact of his work and true passion.

Performing at the mighty Ozora Festival in 2024 marked another milestone in Rikam’s career and we are grateful to have him share his hypnotizing set with all of us at Psyterra Festival!

Eclipse Festival – Official 2022 Recap Video ☀️🌙

After a long moment of silence and reflection, we are pleased to present the official recap video for the Eclipse Festival (2022).

A huge thank you to all of you—to our invaluable team, who, once again, achieved a true feat through their passion and dedication; to the exceptional artists who moved our souls; to our invaluable collaborators who have given so much over the years; and of course, to all the loyal participants who continue to hold the festival dear to their hearts. 💛
This edition will forever be etched in our memories, thanks to you: a unique moment, woven with sincere connections, magic, grandiose and luminous sets, electrifying performances, as well as state-of-the-art sound and visuals, all enriched by deep and authentic human encounters.

All of this took place in perfect symbiosis with nature, on this magnificent site on the banks of the Gatineau River in the Outaouais region—a legendary venue that has welcomed us for nearly 20 years.

We would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Isabelle Gagnon of Bonnet Rouge, as well as to the municipality of Sainte-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau, for their support since 2005.

Since its creation in 1999, the Éclipse project has left a luminous and lasting mark on the Quebec and Canadian electronic music scene. For 25 years, the Éclipse Festival has been more than just a music festival: it has embodied a human, festive, immersive, and spiritual experience, a true catalyst for transformation, collective magic, and unforgettable memories. It’s a timeless event, whose vibrant energy has radiated far beyond our borders, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who participated.

It’s not an end... but a pause.
And who knows?
The scintillating light of Eclipse could shine again—elsewhere, differently, but always with you.

Always looking and searching for a new landto reunite the great Eclipse family and celebrate our 25 years of existence! 💃🕺
