Spooky season never happened if I don’t post a photo of @corkedupshawty and I at @terrorvaultsf (spooky season 2019 never existed cause I never posted a photo of us that year)

On Sunday this past weekend @ebader and I walked the crosstown trail, starting at Candlestick Park and ending at Lands End, we walked 17.7 miles total, getting to see some really beautiful parts of the city throughout the day. Such a fun and exhausting day 💖💖💖

Sappy emotional post incoming to accompany the pride dump…
To echo what so many of my chosen family has already said, this pride felt different. The reality we’re living is so dark and scary but this pride weekend filled my heart with so much joy and gratitude for our freaky little sf queer community.
Saturday I got to dance my ass off, watch my friends perform outside on the streets and at the stud, and spent the night hanging at the best renegade party with all of my freaks.
And then there was Sunday…pride Sunday at @elriosf has always held such a special place in my heart. It was while dancing on that magical patio for @queerlybelovedsf I met my chosen family. When envy took over on pride Sunday at el rio in 2021 we all still came together and danced our little f@gg0t asses off, but unfortunately, one of my best friends from high school who first brought me to queerly beloved didn’t live in the city anymore and it never fully felt the same.
But this year, damn did this year feel fucking special. I got to spend the entire day on that magical patio with @_rainbowmilkagain, with my partner @thom82, with my queerly beloved family, and with my envy family. Huge thank you to my auntie @nicki_jizz and @ox_productions_ for keeping pride Sunday fabulous, to @mamacelestefanclub and @djcharleshawthorne for the vibes, and to all of the performers that day that I look up to! Yall are the real mvps.
Ending the weekend seeing my sibling @never_._meant dance with @pussyriot at queerly beloved was a show I’ll never forget.
Words cant really describe how special this last weekend meant to me, but what I do know is that queer joy comes from community and this fucking freak show of a community that I call family brings me so much fucking joy.
