Baltimore Black Metallers @nixilnothing and Portland Black/Death quartet @drouthxdeath will hit the road in May for the Toward Dead Temples West Coast Tour! (Link in Bio)

The bands will be touring in support of their forthcoming split LP, Toward Dead Temples, which is set for an April 24 release on vinyl, cassette tape, and digital formats. Stay tuned, album details coming soon!

Friday reminder that all of Drouth's artwork is done by our guitarist/vocalist Matt Stikker @bargainbinblasphemy and we barely ever reprint these designs, these are a time stamp on our progression and the march towards the end of the world. This one labeled as "pyre" will not be reprinted and there is only 3 large and maybe under 10 smalls left. They are currently $15 which you can't even get a shirt from a big box store for that price especially from an insane artist like Matt. Go order one, browse the other shirts, I'm going to look at inventory but I know we have some double XLs available in other designs. Actually we have XXXL available in our white "Teeth of Time" design, fuck those things up!

Towards Dead Temples was an overall success in that we got to spend time together and travel the west coast seeing old friends and family and making new ones. We had the opportunity to get to know the folks in Nixil, some being old friends and band mates however all completely wonderful people. The trick to touring with another band is you have to put all bullshit aside and immediately decide you're going to be yourself around them and become friends quickly, time on the road is short both on tour and in life so just embrace those you travel with. This tour had some hiccups but they only brought us closer and made us laugh harder. We make weird music for ourselves, for our spirits, for the people who share that curiosity and passion for the obscure.

Go check out the split album we did together, after this tour it means a lot more to us, there's some reality imprinted on it, as long as our memories hold as long as the servers that contain this digital archive survives. Cheers to the love and the brave, curses to the cowards and the traitors.

TONIGHT WE PLAY OUR HOMECOMING SHOW AT THE DROUTH HQ AKA THE HIGH WATER MARK.

A successful tour of the West with NIXIL, our brothers and sisters of eternal pain concludes tonight. Joined by our friends in MANIA and CATAL HUYUK. Taking some time off local shows for a bit after this one so we can finish up writing our new full length album. Come out and let's send Nixil back to the East coast properly.
