Off on an adventure to Zanzibar with the hubs, bring on the unlimited food and not having to cook or clean for anyone for a week!
I’m going to savour every morning of not having a bloody 5am alarm.

2016 was a huge year for me.
It was the year after I moved to Dubai from London.
The year I went live on the Virgin Radio breakfastshow and won their DJ competition! The prize? Warming up for Avicii in front of a 10,000-strong crowd.
Virgin then asked me to host my own weekly show on Virgin Radio Beat - two years of the Housewarming Sessions, every single week, in the Virgin studios. Still gives me goosebumps!
It was also the year I spent the summer in Ibiza, living wildly and playing all over the island.
And the year I finally landed my residency at 360 Dubai after months of graft, becoming a resident for two years and warming up weekly for some of the globe’s most prolific artists.
It was a bloody good year! Probably the most significant year DJing wise I’ve ever had.
Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of what I achieved in such a short space of time. None of it was easy. I constantly put myself out there. While my teacher colleagues were doing brunches every weekend I was out on the weekends on my own - hustling! But I didn’t leave England to play it safe, I left to pursue my music career and I was determined to make damn sure it happened.
I could never have dreamed in my wildest imagination that all of this would be possible. I was absolutely shitting myself when I flew into a new country, about to call it home for the next few years, but sometimes fear is exactly where the magic starts!!

2016 was a huge year for me.
