16 years ago today my @brickbandits brother @dj_tim_dolla and I formed #SILVADOLLA, a play on both our names. Though at the time I was known as DJ RECK, I was going through a professional name change to my actual name. Before coming up with that name, we were racking our brains to figure out what to call our collective project. Thanks to the unsung hero @elvy_all_day for coming up with the obvious combo lol! There’s a few more tracks that are still in the vault and I promise to share these soon. #djtimdollaforever
The time is now.
We’re coming together to officially launch the Tim Dolla Creative Arts Program, arriving Summer 2026.
This initiative is being built to provide access to:
• DJing
• Music Production
• Music Technology
With community support, we’re securing the equipment, instructors, and program infrastructure needed to open doors for the next generation of creatives.
Student and mentor applications will be opening soon.
