This one went down on a massive recycling receptacle a few blocks away from UniCono — hands down our favorite gelato spot in all of Rome 🍦🔥

Over 100 artists from all over the world layered together in one spinning collage of styles, characters, handstyles, collabs, messages, and chaos. 🌍📦

This is ONLY the teaser.

The real edit is coming soon.

Unfortunately we haven’t had stable enough internet access to get into our server-based editing workflow yet, so we haven’t been able to fully edit or upload the official recap videos 😭

As soon as we get settled into our hostel in Barcelona and get stable internet again, we’re diving straight into edits. Trust us… the real footage is SICK. 👀🔥

I also want to give people a little bit of insight into what actually goes into making Diggy Slaps happen because I don’t think most people fully realize how many moving parts there are behind the scenes

After a projection night ends:📸 I have to sort and edit hundreds of photos and videos🖥️ Then manually upload files individually to each artist profile one by one through our server-based system📂 Organize submissions🎥 Create content📱 Respond to messages🚆 Travel between countries🧺 Do laundry🎒 Repack gear🔋 Charge batteries🌍 Scout new locations…and somehow still sleep occasionally 😂

And right now I’m currently on a ferry headed toward Barcelona after a two-hour trip just to get to the port 😭🔥

To make things even crazier:🚨 I only have 2GB of data on the ferry 🚨

So unfortunately I won’t be able to start uploading everyone’s Rome deliverables until I arrive at the hostel in Barcelona and get onto stable WiFi.

I promise:nobody is forgotten ❤️

There’s just a TON happening all at once and I’m doing all of this completely solo.

I finally got my first full 8 hours of sleep after running on very little sleep for the last several days and honestly… I feel human again 😂🔥

I truly LOVE what I do.That’s the only reason projects this crazy are even possible in the first place.

Being able to help artists see their work projected around the world, document these communities, meet incredible people, and build these experiences together genuinely means everything to me 🌍❤️

So all I ask is for a little grace and patience while I work through everything 🙏

Our last sunrise in Rome 🇮🇹❤️

Five days.
Five sunrises.
Countless memories.

It’s honestly hard to put this week into words.

Sticker Rome Expo was incredible.
The city was magical as always.
The streets were alive.
The energy was unreal.

We met so many new people, reconnected with old friends, shared meals, traded stickers, explored hidden corners of the city, laughed nonstop, and created memories we’ll carry with us forever 🌍🔥

It’s crazy what stickers can do.

A tiny piece of art can connect people from completely different countries, backgrounds, and walks of life and somehow make the world feel smaller and more connected ❤️

That’s what this trip has really been about for us.

Not just the projections.
Not just the art.
But the PEOPLE.

Last night after selecting the winners for tonight’s Pyramid projection in Rome, our app unfortunately ran into a major issue right as we were preparing to send out upload links and start processing submissions.

I stayed up working on it until 5:30AM trying to get everything fixed, got a couple hours of sleep, woke back up at 8:30AM, and immediately got back to work because there was absolutely no way we were going to let tonight not happen 😭🔥

Luckily…
WE FIXED IT 👀❤️

Tonight is officially ON.

Unfortunately this means winners will only have a few hours to upload their artwork before tonight’s projection session, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and stress this caused.

But one thing we always want people to understand is:
if something ever goes wrong, it is NEVER because we didn’t try.

Running through the streets with local artists…

LAST NIGHT WAS ABSOLUTELY UNREAL 😭🔥🎮

Wrapping up Sticker Rome Expo with @_kenobit was honestly one of the biggest surprises of the entire trip.

This was my first time ever seeing them perform live and I was completely blown away.

Watching someone create THAT much energy, emotion, rhythm, and atmosphere using Game Boys and chiptune hardware is something you really have to experience in person to fully understand 👀🔥

The crowd was moving nonstop.
The vibes were incredible.
And the whole space just felt ELECTRIC.

For anyone unfamiliar with Kenobit’s work — they’ve been performing internationally since 2009 creating chiptune / 8-bit music using a 1989 Nintendo Game Boy as an instrument which is honestly insane in the best possible way 😭🎮 (kenobit.it)

It was such a perfect way to close out an already incredible weekend full of art, community, stickers, music, creativity, and connection.
