I had the pleasure of being introduced to Tekunomama during the spring of 2023, roughly six weeks after I put my hands on a mixer for the first time. I was still a baby raver learning about what real underground techno really was, but instantly felt a deep respect for this person unlike anyone else in the techno community. I wanted to jump in the pool bold and ambitious so I shot my shot - "I just started... but in two years, when I get good at this, I'm going to ask about playing one of your events. Remember this." I think it caught her off guard a little to see someone that age not only interested in but also eager to play 'proper' techno. But I was 100% serious. I was definitely not ready but had every intention to get to that level in 2 years.

Fast forward to the summer of 2025, I was booked for a dream lineup!! A delay in scheduling was well worth it as the show became a double headliner with Mædon. Mædon is a huge inspiration for the sound I like to perform, couldn't imagine a better fit for me to play a slower 130 industrial set. Ø [Phase] performed an absolutely incredible set too, just complete mental madness.
