Parts of me live in the jagged ridges rising from the sea, they linger in the flowers of cloudberry, in the dark, patient juniper and frail mountain ash bending in the wind.
And when the wind moves through them,
it seems to move through me also,
as if the land remembers
what I have left behind.

A year of running
Now that our Strava counters have all been reset, here are a few highlights from my 2025 season
1. Climbing to new heights
2. Started the year differently, with a half marathon PR and eating literally all the good food in Philly with Alice and Taylor
3. Racing the Arctic Triple 100-mile again, getting a bonus light concussion and dislocated shoulder
4. Stealing every segment we could find on Lofoten with Mike, and finishing my 100-miler and his 50-miler together, captured by Hannes
5-6. Drove 7h north to Senja and spent time in the Arctic wilderness with Petter and Frauki
7-8. Back to my roots, racing Monte Rosa by utmb
9. Many good runs shared with Patrick in Olso, Paris, Chamonix and we both raced in Aosta
10. Went on plenty of running missions with Frauki in the alps
11. Started working with Jason as a coach
12-13. Followed Patrick and Antoine on TDS
14. Shot for one of my favourite brands (Satisfy) in one of my favourite places (Chamonix)
15-16. Completed Tor des Géants for a second time, had an absolutely amazing experience, greatly thanks to Frauki’s care and support
17. norda’s always on my feet
18. Bye bye 2025
19. Hell yeah 2026
