Frames from Deoron during Milan Design Week 2026.

Objects were meant to be approached, moved around, interacted with, becoming part of the rhythm of the space rather than static pieces on display.

Trolleys carried them across the factory throughout the week, continuously creating new compositions, encounters, and perspectives shaped by the people moving through it.

Nothing felt fixed. The space evolved through interaction, movement, and presence.

We imagined a space to pause within the intensity of Milan Design Week 2026.

A place to slow down, to listen, to connect.

Throughout the week we hosted listening sessions, talks, meditation, yoga, tea rituals, and performances, all held within an intimate setting that embraced the raw presence of the factory rather than hiding it.

To everyone who stepped in, we hope you felt it.

See you at the next one.

After @deoron introduced us to their new exhibition space for this year’s Milan Design Week, it was clear that this would be the place to present the system we’ve been developing over the past year.

Inspired by the industrial character of the space, the final design decisions followed naturally. A deep brown-red, echoing the tones of old industrial flooring. A vertical, almost sacral presence that fully engages with the height of the room.

The concept behind the system was to bridge hi-fi precision with pro audio performance. High SPL, without compromising stereo imaging.

Stereo imaging starts with how sound leaves the system. The closer you get to a point source, the more stable and precise that image becomes.

Instead of following the synergy horn approach, we turned towards a concept rooted in hi-fi and implemented a D'Appolito configuration.

The strictly symmetrical layout enables controlled vertical directivity, combined with wide horizontal dispersion. The large-scale wings follow a constant directivity geometry and introduce additional horn loading to further shape the wavefront.

The acoustic conditions of the space required a focused approach. With a reverberation time of roughly 5 seconds, control becomes critical. The low frequency section was therefore realized as a tightly coupled dual subwoofer array, operating as a coherent mono source.

Designed, developed and built in-house.
Final refinements and tuning in collaboration with @vunktion.vunktion

Sound at the core of our space during Milan Design Week 2026.

With the system by @new_fidelity_ , the DJ booth by @yontstudio , and mixers by @variainstruments , the setup became a central point for gathering and interaction.

Not just background, but something that shaped the rhythm of the space and the way people moved through it.

Glimpses from our bar for Milan Design Week 2026, designed by @stack_furniture in collaboration with @deoron , a natural meeting point throughout the week.

Powered by @cultifutura smart garden, where plants were grown and transformed into fresh, unexpected drinks, bringing a living element into the space. Brought to life by the @nodobar team, who ran the bar with care and energy from morning to night.

A space to gather, slow down, and share moments together.

Glimpses from Milan Design Week 2026 at @deoron

We imagined the space as a living storage of beautiful objects set within an industrial factory, where nothing felt fixed and everything could shift.

Our trolleys became part of the system, making it easy to move pieces around and reshape the space as it evolved throughout the day.
