Some records come together because it’s time.
This one came together because we needed it.

In this moment, Denmark speaks on what it meant to create Death Tape 2 with his brothers—how making something honest in the middle of real life, real weight, can be its own kind of relief. That’s the spirit of We Gon’ Need Each Other. Not just a title… a reminder that carried us through it.

We released this one direct-to-you, no rollout games, just intention. Two singles out in the world, the rest held close for those who really wanted to sit with it.

There are less than 10 copies left of the vinyl signed by everyone who touched it. The other variants are still there too, but not for long.

More than anything—thank you to everyone who recognized this work early, who supported it, who understood what we were trying to say without us having to over-explain it.

We meant it then. We mean it now.
We gon’ need each other.

Some projects don’t start with a plan—they start with a need.

Death Tape 2 | We Gon’ Need Each Other came from that place. No rollout, no roadmap… just the urgency to process, to sit with what’s real, and to make something honest out of it. What started as a moment became a series—because sometimes the music shows up when you need healing the most.

“We gon’ need each other” wasn’t just a title. It was a realization. A mantra. And right now, it feels just as necessary—if not more.

If you’ve been holding space with this one, I appreciate you more than I can say. There are still a few physical copies out there—about 10 signed vinyl left, signed by everyone who helped bring this to life. The other editions are getting close too.

No pressure—just know they exist, and they were made with care.

Peace to everybody still finding their way through.

Some of this music didn’t come from a place of comfort.
It came from processing… grieving… trying to make sense of things while still moving forward.

Death Tape 2 | We Gon’ Need Each Other was never just an idea — it was a meeting point. A space where me, Quelle Chris, Denmark Vessey, and everyone involved could be honest about where we were at, and build something out of that.

That process became its own kind of healing.

Records like “Holding On” are about that quiet work —
staying present, carrying memory, choosing to keep going.

And this project… it’s a reminder:

We gon’ need each other.

We pressed a limited run of these records to keep that intention intact.
There are only a few copies left — including a small batch signed by all the artists you see here.

If this music has meant something to you, this is a way to hold onto it.

Appreciate everyone who’s been spending time with “Holding On.”

This one is about reflection… about staying present for the people you love while you’re figuring life out yourself.

If somebody crossed your mind while listening, check in on them today. Sometimes a quick message can mean more than we realize.

Available on streaming for the first time since its release.
If you haven’t seen the video yet, it’s up now on YouTube.
And if it resonates, leave a like or a comment — it really helps the message reach more people.

Grateful to share this one with Cavalier, Navy Blue, Denmark Vessey and YOU.

Much love always.

“even though there’s these moments (where) like the music feels a little more uplifted,…it always ends with this constant reminder. That the noose is still around your neck, that the chain is still around your leg, that, you know, the, the burden of existence is still there…”

Quelle Chris returns with a continuation of his 2016 instrumental opus, Lullabies for Broken Brain — this time, a project built for today’s fractured realities. Known for his singular ability to craft beats that resonate far beyond rhythm, Quelle bends sound into sharp, unspoken commentary. These aren’t just instrumentals — they’re meditations, mood pieces, and mirrors. Think of it as a score for the thoughts you carry quietly through heavy days, the sound of unspeakable tensions that pulse beneath the surface, somehow keeping tempo with the world’s unraveling.

Beware Beware Beware (More Lullabies) drifts through shadows and midnight weight, yet finds ways to pierce the dark with faint glimmers of light — small, fleeting sparks of something like hope, even when that hope feels impossibly out of reach.
At once haunting and strangely comforting, Beware Beware Beware (More Lullabies) is music for survival — not an escape, but an accompaniment to living in the thick of it.
