For 9 years I knew something wasn’t right with my body. Inflammation so bad I could barely walk at night, bloating, fatigue, breakouts, inability to lose weight no matter how clean I ate or how little I drank, or how diverse my exercise routine was. I saw a nutritionists and medical doctors and threw money at all sorts of supplements, cleanses, and more.
Just before I found Cary Holistic Health and Dr. Jill Cole(@drjillcole ) I was experiencing my strangest symptoms yet. Once again, I had bloodwork and it all came back within a normal range. I told my GP I knew something wasn’t right and my symptoms were related. Either hormonal, food sensitivity, or both. She disagreed. She thought these things were unrelated. My OB offered to put me on birth control to help with the hormonal aspect of it. I felt deflated and more frustrated than ever.
After a six month program with Dr. Cole, I finally feel like I have control over my body. Dr. Cole will be one of the first guests on The Beholder podcast when it launches this fall. I can’t wait for you to hear everything she has to say. It could actually be life-changing.
