My latest watercolor, an attempt to mimic an amazing picture taken by @michellephaneufceramics of a magical snow day on Barrington Beach.

This was my third attempt after two failures.This seemingly simple painting is 35-40 layers of grays, different blues, with very light touches of yellow and red covered with white glazes.Perhaps there is a fourth attempt in my future.
